Klein Design Inc. can provide our Business clients with the ability to transfer their PowerPoint presentations to an easy to use DVD format to play at any time instead of needing a laptop that may just not be as ready to play as you are.
We have state of the art equipment and can provide the equipment and technical support during your special day or important business presentation. (Central Alberta & Bow Valley Residence only)

There are a few things that we need to make your special presentations as memorable as possible.
Here are some things that would make it easier for us to create the best possible presentation.
1. Pictures need to be put into categories and numbered according to how they will be presented in the show. Usually the brides’ pictures are first. Please pick about 40 pictures spanning her life from birth to present and number accordingly. Be sure to have pictures of the family in there too, either at the end or throughout the segment.
2. Have the groom do the same for his set of 40 pictures.
3. Pictures of important friends that you would like to mention and shots of those in the wedding party are always fun to see. Again, number them according to what order you would like to see in the presentation. We need about 20 pictures for this part.
4. Last are the “couple only” pictures (Approximately 15 of your best shots). Choose your order and number accordingly.
5. At the end of the presentation there is a chance to say something to the couple (for those who are doing this as a gift to the couple). On the printable PDF, there is an area for you to put down what you would like for the rolling credits.
6. Last is the music. Choose about 10 songs that you want in your presentation, tell us where they are to be inserted.
We would rather have too many songs and not be able to insert all of them than not enough. Put your songs on a disc that you have paid to download, or have bought on CD and add it in your envelope of pictures to send to us.
*We are not permitted to download free music to use in our presentations. However, if you already have the music on disc, because you already own it, we are able to use it. We are then not profiting from musicians illegally. As a service to you, we can pay to download the music for you; the cost is in addition to the cost of the presentation.
7. Once we have created your personalized presentation, we will give you a copy to use. (Depending on where you are getting married, we may be able to provide our technical support and equipment for the presentation)
8. Once you have had your special day, send us 20 digital images of the wedding. It is up to you which ones you want; we will then add it to your presentation. (be sure to let us know the song that you want for this part as well)
9. Pick a picture that you want printed on your DVD with a title of your choice. Once we have completed your DVD, let us know how many copies you require. Makes a good thank you to relatives for their support and hard work for making your special day memorable.
